JOB TITLE:
- Warehouse Stock Associate
SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Warehouse Stock Associate to manage the receipt and fulfillment of tool restocking across our warehouse. This role is integral to maintaining our inventory and supporting the Tooling team. Ideal for individuals new to the field, this position offers on-the-job training and growth opportunities.
PAY:
- $20.50/hour
LOCATION:
- Suwanee, Georgie. Later this sumer they will be relocating to Lawrenceville,
SHIFT:
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (approximately)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom, adhering to safety standards and guidelines.
- Fulfill tool restock requests under supervision.
- Collaborate with the Stockroom Specialist to ensure shelves and bins are adequately stocked.
- Unload, unpack, and organize new tools from vendors.
- Assist in inventory management and QA inspections of tool kits.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of restock orders using tooling systems.
- Display a strong team player attitude and adapt to changing business priorities.
- Work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required by project assignments.
- Participate in required annual safety training.
- Travel as needed for field assignments.
- Perform additional duties to support the organization’s objectives and values.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience in tool handling or a warehouse environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email management.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- English proficiency is required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to move throughout the warehouse, involving frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
- Capable of handling repetitive weight up to 40 lbs
